We are open Mon-Fri between 7am and 6pm (Collections between 6pm and 7pm are by special arrangement only).  You can have your dog stay with us for a maximum of 10 hours per day, subject to availability. We do not do overnight stays - we are not equipped for that. We are closed on Bank Holidays. Please note, drop off times are between 7am and 10am and collection times are between 3pm and 6pm respectively. Please adhere to these hours as there are private premises on the location, and the bell on the gate rings in the house. There are 3 parking spaces. Please park considerately as there might be others beside yourself dropping off or picking up their dog at the same time. Thank you! 

If you want to come and have a look at the accomodation you can make an appointment to do so every working day between 10.00 and 12.00. If you want your dog to become a regular client, we give you a free trial day so that you, your dog and we can see if we are all satisfied with your dog’s stay with us. We keep the right to refuse your dog for reasons that are relevant to us.

If your dog needs any feeding during its stay, we will ask you to provide us with the food supply and instructions. We are able to give simple medication.

If you would like to have your dog groomed while he/she is staying with us, you can make an appointment with our mobile dog groomer. This of course, is subject to the groomer’s availability. Please call Jan at Furlong Dog Groomers on 07762 433 123 for an appointment. We will charge you £5 for the use of our facilities, water, electricity and cleaning besides Jan's fee.  

The nearest vet is about a 5 minute drive from us. If anything seems wrong with your dog we will always contact you first before taking your dog to our vet unless it is an emergency. We are not responsible for any costs incurred.
